What if it rains?
It is essential to have a backup plan. We will try to reschedule the tournament within a month, depending on the availability of the facility and vendors. However, if you cannot participate on the rescheduled date, we will provide you a full refund (exclude the service and shirt fees if you have already received one the day of the event).

What is the tournament format?
All divisions will play co-ed doubles: An open-gender doubles match in tennis, where teams can consist of any combination of genders (Male-Male, Female-Female, or Male-Female).
Matches will be played as n 8-games pro set, no Ad scoring, with a 10-point tiebreaker at 7-7.
Each team is guaranteed two matches. Teams that lose their first match will move into the consolation draw.

What skill levels or divisions are available?
The tournament offers 4 divisions to accommodate players of different skill levels. When registering, please select the division (based on NTRP rating) that best matches your playing experience and competitive level.

If necessary, the tournament organizers may adjust divisions to ensure balanced and competitive matches.
Do I need a partner?
Yes. You will need a partner to form a team for co-ed doubles format.. However, you can either sign up with your own partner or let us know and we will match you with a partner from a similar division for you. All of this information will be collected in the signup questionnaire.
How do I sign up with a partner?
Each signup entry is for one participant, so your partner must also register separately. The signup questionnaire will allow you to indicate who your partner is, and vise versa.
Please make sure your partner name you enter closely matches your partner first and last name in their registration.
Can I change my partner after registering?
Partner changes will be allowed before the registration deadline.
Please contact the tournament organizers as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
What happens if my partner cancels?
If your partner withdraws before the tournament, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to help find a replacement partner so you can still participate.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event start time (9:00 AM CT) to allow time for check-in and warm-up.
How do I check in on the day of the event?
All players must check in at the tournament desk upon arrival. At check-in, you will receive your event T-shirt, meal ticket, and any additional tournament information.
What comes with the signup fee?
A day of fun and competitive tennis! Your signup includes:

How prepared do I need to be?
Preparation levels vary from player to player, but we recommend coming prepared whether you are playing competitive or just for fun.

The TCU facility will be providing water refill stations on the counts as well as one by the bathroom inside the pro shop.
